My journey began with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, which led me to work as a personal trainer, helping people build confidence and achieve their goals. I then became a secondary science teacher, before moving into Pupil Referral Units, where I served as a pastoral lead and SENDCO, supporting looked-after children and young people with additional needs.<\/p>\n
I later specialised as a private SEN tutor, working with young people with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH, combining learning support with guidance on emotional and social development. Alongside this, I trained as a life coach, learning how to provide practical strategies alongside emotional support.<\/p>\n
Now, I\u2019ve brought all of these experiences together to form a premium consultancy. Every session, resource, and programme draws on my background in coaching, teaching, tutoring, and pastoral care, offering tailored support designed to help young men grow, thrive, and feel understood.<\/p>\n

I don\u2019t believe in talking at people or hiding behind jargon \u2014 I believe in honest conversation and creating an environment where someone feels comfortable enough to be themselves.<\/p>\n
Building trust comes first. I take time to understand the individual \u2014 their strengths, their challenges, and just as importantly, what matters to them. Whether that\u2019s sport, business, fitness, gaming, or something else entirely, I use those interests as a starting point. Shared ground and a sense of humour go a long way in breaking down barriers and building real rapport.<\/p>\n
From there, the work becomes collaborative. We focus on practical strategies that can actually be applied in day-to-day life \u2014 at work, at home, and in relationships. I aim to strike the right balance: supportive, but not soft; understanding, but structured.<\/p>\n
Above all, sessions are designed to feel safe, respectful, and real. No pressure to perform, no need to have everything figured out. Progress happens when people feel understood \u2014 and that always starts with trust.<\/p>\n
