With almost 20 years of experience in education, I\u2019ve spent my career supporting individuals through challenges that go far beyond the classroom. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how the modern world is affecting men \u2014 particularly younger men \u2014 and the pressures they face on a daily basis.<\/p>\n

Today, many men are quietly struggling with a combination of challenges:
a lack of clear direction or purpose, low confidence and self-doubt, isolation and difficulty forming meaningful connections, pressure from social media and unrealistic expectations, and uncertainty around work, identity, and their place in the world.<\/p>\n

These issues often overlap, and they\u2019re rarely spoken about openly.<\/p>\n

My coaching provides a space to address all of this honestly and without judgement. No issue is off the table. Whether you\u2019re dealing with something specific or just know that something isn\u2019t quite right, we can work through it together.<\/p>\n

As someone with ADHD and autism, I\u2019ve always done well academically, but I struggled with time management, staying organised and socialising.<\/p>\n

The weekly sessions helped me build structure, manage my workload and feel more in control of things. I also became more confident in lectures and tutorials, and found it easier to talk to people and make connections.<\/p>\n

One of the biggest things for me was setting up a Dungeons & Dragons night. It was something I\u2019d always wanted to do but never felt confident enough to organise. “I left school in Year 11 after being badly bullied, and I felt anxious and lost. Andrew helped me find my feet, supported me to apply to college, and supported me to pursue a horticulture course. By the time I reached 42, I had everything I thought I was supposed to want \u2014 a successful career, financial security, three amazing kids \u2014 yet I felt completely disconnected from my own life. I was drifting, filling the gaps with nights out, too much drinking, and habits that were slowly taking over. I didn\u2019t recognise myself and honestly thought I was sliding into some kind of mid\u2011life crisis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Working with Andrew helped me slow down enough to actually understand what was going on beneath the surface. Instead of judging me or trying to \u2018fix\u2019 me, he helped me make sense of the pressure I\u2019d been carrying and the identity I\u2019d lost along the way. Session by session, I found a sense of calm I hadn\u2019t felt in years, and for the first time I started to see middle age not as an ending, but as a chance to reset.<\/span><\/p>\n

With his support, I\u2019ve built healthier habits, reconnected with what matters, and taken on new challenges that make me feel alive again.
