Confidence & Personal Development Coaching — with Specialist ADHD Support

Confidence is the starting point for real personal development. When you feel more sure of yourself, more grounded and more capable, everything else becomes easier — decisions, relationships, career choices, boundaries, motivation and daily life. I coach adults who want to strengthen their confidence, understand themselves better and grow in ways that feel authentic rather than forced.

My approach is calm, practical and human. We look at what’s holding you back, how your patterns show up, and what needs to shift so you can move forward with more clarity and self‑trust. Alongside confidence and personal development work, I also specialise in supporting adults with ADHD — helping you understand your traits, reduce overwhelm and build strategies that actually work for your brain.

If you’re ready to feel more confident, more capable and more yourself, I can help you get there.

I help adults build genuine confidence — the kind that shows up in your decisions, your relationships, your work and the way you speak to yourself. My coaching focuses on personal development that feels practical, grounded and achievable, not overwhelming or abstract. Together, we explore what’s holding you back, strengthen your self-belief, and create strategies that help you grow into the person you know you can be.

My approach blends evidence‑based coaching methods with a calm, human style. This includes:

  • Cognitive‑behavioural coaching to challenge unhelpful thinking patterns and build more confident internal dialogue

  • Strengths‑based development to help you recognise what you do well and use it deliberately.

  • Values‑led decision making so your choices feel aligned rather than reactive.

  • Accountability structures that support momentum without pressure.

  • Motivation and habit‑building strategies that make change sustainable.

  • Emotional regulation tools to help you stay steady when life gets noisy.

Alongside confidence and personal development work, I also specialise in coaching adults with ADHD. Whether diagnosed or exploring traits, I help you understand how ADHD shows up in your daily life and develop personalised strategies for focus, organisation, overwhelm, motivation and self‑confidence. My coaching is neurodiversity‑affirming, practical and tailored to your brain.

If you want to feel more confident, more capable and more yourself, I can help you get there.

Testimonials

Before working with Andrew, I found university quite overwhelming. As someone with ADHD and autism, I’ve always done well academically, but I struggled with time management, staying organised and socialising.

The weekly sessions helped me build structure, manage my workload and feel more in control of things. I also became more confident in lectures and tutorials, and found it easier to talk to people and make connections.

One of the biggest things for me was setting up a Dungeons & Dragons night. It was something I’d always wanted to do but never felt confident enough to organise. With Andrew’s support, I made it happen, and it’s been a great way to meet people and feel more part of university life.

“I left school in Year 11 after being badly bullied, and I felt anxious and lost. Andrew helped me find my feet, supported me to apply to college, and supported me to pursue a horticulture course. I’m now working as a landscape gardener, which I love, and I couldn’t have done it without that support.”

By the time I reached 42, I had everything I thought I was supposed to want — a successful career, financial security, three amazing kids — yet I felt completely disconnected from my own life. I was drifting, filling the gaps with nights out, too much drinking, and habits that were slowly taking over. I didn’t recognise myself and honestly thought I was sliding into some kind of mid‑life crisis.

Working with Andrew helped me slow down enough to actually understand what was going on beneath the surface. Instead of judging me or trying to ‘fix’ me, he helped me make sense of the pressure I’d been carrying and the identity I’d lost along the way. Session by session, I found a sense of calm I hadn’t felt in years, and for the first time I started to see middle age not as an ending, but as a chance to reset.

With his support, I’ve built healthier habits, reconnected with what matters, and taken on new challenges that make me feel alive again. I feel grounded, purposeful, and more myself than I have in a long time. I’m genuinely grateful for the guidance that helped me turn a messy chapter into a meaningful one

After years as a marketing executive, my role was essentially replaced by AI, and it hit me harder than I expected. I felt outdated, unsure of my value, and stuck in a pretty dark headspace.

From our first session, I felt understood rather than judged. He helped me untangle the fear and frustration, rebuild my confidence, and see that I wasn’t ‘past it’ — I just needed a new direction. Together we explored my strengths, my experience, and what actually energised me, and that’s what led me into a new career creating content. (Ironically using AI)  Something I never would have considered on my own.

I’m now in a role I enjoy, with a sense of purpose I thought I’d lost. I’m genuinely grateful for the support, clarity, and steady guidance that got me here.
