I offer life coaching to men at every stage of life. Some come looking for direction, others for support through a difficult period, and many simply know that something needs to change but aren’t sure where to start.
People I work with are often dealing with a mix of challenges — low confidence, anxiety, lack of motivation, feeling stuck in life or work, relationship difficulties, social isolation, or uncertainty about the future. For younger men, this might look like feeling lost after school or college, struggling to engage with work, spending too much time online, or lacking a clear sense of purpose or direction.
My approach is flexible and tailored to the individual. There’s no one-size-fits-all — sessions are shaped around your situation, your goals, and what you need in that moment.
I don’t shy away from working with people who feel at rock bottom. I have experience supporting individuals dealing with serious challenges, including alcohol and drug-related issues. While I’m not a specialist in addiction, I understand the wider impact these struggles can have and offer steady, non-judgemental support alongside the work of other professionals where needed.

Redefining Masculinity for a New Era
Being a man today is messy. The old “be tough and get on with it” script doesn’t work anymore, and the online world is full of influencers shouting for men to be harder, louder, or more dominant. It’s easy to get pulled into extremes when you’re looking for direction, belonging, or a sense of identity.
Masculinity isn’t the problem. The problem is the pressure to perform a version of manhood that’s all armour and no honesty. When men slip into unhealthy patterns, it’s usually because they were never taught emotional skills, never saw healthy role models, or found themselves in digital spaces that reward anger and certainty over reflection and growth.
The way forward isn’t shame — it’s clarity. With the right support, men can drop the performance, build real emotional strength, set boundaries that actually work, and create a version of masculinity that feels grounded, centred, and genuinely solid.

Your Next Step
One to one coaching sessions take place online using any of the common online platforms such as Teams, Zoom or Google Meet.
2 Week Coaching Package
This short duration is best suited for specific, short-term goals rather than deep, long-term transformation.

6 Week Coaching Package
This, often referred to as a “kick-start” or short-term package, is ideal for addressing one or two focused areas of life, such as career progression, enhancing work-life balance, or overcoming a specific limiting belief or creating a healthier outlook.

12 Week Coaching Package
Twelve weeks together gives us the space to create real, steady change without rushing the process. We’ll get clear on what you actually want, explore what’s been getting in the way, and build habits and mindsets that feel natural rather than forced. You’ll have consistent support, honest conversations, and a space where you can show up exactly as you are. By the end of the 12 weeks, you’ll have a clearer direction, more confidence in your choices, and practical tools you can keep using long after our sessions wrap up.
